There was an actual article on Jezebel that said if a girl says yes during sex but the next day decides she didn't want to have that sex, it's a rape. That's where we're at.

I know a soccer player at UCSB who was in my dorm quad who got sent to prison because a girl had drunken remorse the morning after. He was black (straight African) and she was a white rich girl and got embarrassed. The evidence was complete bullshit, he was one of the nicest dudes on the planet, and his life was ruined because of her.

Not apologizing for sex offenders, but a huge door has been left open to excuse poor judgement by pointing the finger blindly. Where do you draw the line?
