If I was an Athletic Director, I'd make sure that I put an associate AD in charge of managing the football program as someone that actually cared about the success of the football program ... that's what I'd do. But then again, I also learned common sense from those smart people at TCU.

Interesting...some people say good things about her, others no.

Jimmy Rodgers' comments while illuminating hardly qualify her to be the AD. There are many good candidates out there with way more experience.
