Serious question - what the fuck were we supposed to do? Two US warships (yes, motorboats with .50 cals qualify) drift into Iranian waters and get captured by the Iranian Navy (as is their right). So, do we send in the Seventh Fleet or Seal Team 6 to get them?
Or do they hang out in an Iranian naval base for less than 24 hours before being released the next day? -
