If unemployment is so far down, and jobs are so far up, (from the absolute dreck that was 09) than how come so many more people are on food stamps.
Weird, must be because homicides are down so much were not killing off enough poor.
This is a great point. It's likely due to many Americans not being paid a fair living wage. Cost of living goes up. CEO pay goes up. Average American worker pay stays stagnant. And while it's fair to say Obama has done fuck all about it, we're talking about what 50 year trends here?
If only there was a candidate that would actually do something about this. I mean we've tried the democrats, we've let republicans try letting it trickle down. Nothing seems to stop this. Maybe some kind of outsider candidate. Like a socialist or something, I don't know I'm just spit balling. But that's only if it's actually a concern for you. Or were you trying to make a point about something you don't actually give a fuck about? Because that would be kind of shitty.

I know you are being sarcastic, but the number of people on food stamps started declining around 2013. Every recession the number grows and the decline lags far behind when the recession was over.

Feel the Bern.
Or if you were feeling outsider candidate, but not digging the paternalism, maybe this guy?
I don't think returning to pre Reagan tax rates like Bernie wants will do much for the economy or the workers and in fact it won't do much for the debt.
Breaking news - the rich will be rich in good times or poor. Good paying jobs will require "common sense regulation control". Fixing the cost of healthcare not making it worse. Incentives. Stop polluting the labor pool with illegals that accept shit wages. Stop importing higher priced immigrants to do the work Americans WANT to do.

If you hate illegal immigrants so much, why did you retire to the inland empire?
