The Jed York / Trent Baalke coalition is on the same level as Todd Turner / Ty. Beyond incompetent.
Apparently Jed York wanted to learn more about X's and O's and Harbaugh didn't want to waste his time trying to teach the "CEO" of the organization. Harbaugh refused to meet with him and it rubbed York the wrong way. So little Jed teamed up with Baalke and leaked all the rumors surrounding Harbaugh's treatment of players, control of the locker room etc. It was decided then and there that Harbaugh was done in SF.
Insane to get rid of a coach that took his team to the NFC Championship 3 straight years. A combination of nepotism, arrogance and ego will do that. -
