He still would have fucked it up and been out of the conference race in October. And for the record, this defense wasn't anywhere near elite like Bama is. Not even close. But I can understand if you think an above average defense is good based on what UW has done recently.

#3 pass defense.

#3 pass defense efficiency.

#3 total interceptions.

#1 forced fumbles.

#5 total sacks.

#3 1st downs allowed.

#3 3rd down conversions allowed.

#6 4th down conversions allowed.

#2 red zone defense.
