You do realize that 76 times is only 2.3 per minute. I can no longer tolerate his speeches but I'm thinking 2.3 times is only about average. The record has to be his speech after the Seals snuffed bin Laden (don't know the exact number because that would require me to listen to that speech again). Even my wife said "boy, he sure says I a lot".
