4th leading receiver for them at just over 500 yards on the year. Not bad

You're all assuming that Smiff would have tried to get the ball to String. Jaydong would have still gotten the same number of bubble screen passes thrown his way.

Of course Smiley would have gotten his bubble screens, but if you can't see passes to String >>>> passes to Pettis, Lenius, etc I can't help you.

Not to mention String would have probably been a more effective blocker on those screens than the afore mentioned blocking disasters.

I'm confused. I see String coaching the Stanford Cardinal right now. He's kicking ass, though.

Someone needs to bump the "String or Miley" thread. A lot of Doogs thinking Cyrus would be a bigger loss than String. Imagine still having String and seeing what Black Power could do with more reps.

Add Huard to the list of Huskies that try so hard to be unbiased they troll and shit on the W instead.

One time I want Cunningham, Huard, Moon to WOOF BARK SNARL in front of the camera.

Cunningham usually takes passive-aggressive swipes at Oregon, so there's that

I thought String played for Southern Miss. I was looking for him during the game.

How many fucking teams are there in Mississippi?

No shit. Miley was the expected starting quarterback who had yet to prove that he was absolutely terrible at football. Don't pretend you thought String was the bigger loss at the time.

Can't speak for Doogles but I thought String was a huge loss at the time, I just didn't realize Miles was so terrible back then so I thought he was the bigger loss.

No doubt. String was a huge talent and losing him hurt then as much as it does now. The question of "which loss hurts worse" simply boiled down to QB > WR.
