I have no problem with the hire whatsoever, but the award is completely useless. The previous winner picks the next winner.

Edit: The stats show Malloy had a very productive DL though. 3rd in sacks, very good against the run too.

@wobidbus ... if memory serves me correctly he didn't turn in Neu, he admitted to the NCAA that he ran basketball pools at the office, and some coaches participated, Gilby included.

I was just providing him something since he asked, I could have linked his wiki too I guess but didn't want to. I agree with you, but it at least speaks to his DL's production that he was nominated I guess.
