Hilarious. Pretty obvious why UW has been mediocre for a while. Question was why Cal has sucked, decade after decade after decade. Last Rose Bowl was 19-fucking-59. With all those recruits, a sunny beautiful campus, huge advantages in location near SF, etc, etc, why aren't they better?
