  • Just read the thread. It's not news, but fuck, Fleenor is an idiot. Here is his insight, "every pass to ASJ is a pass not going to one of our speed guys."

I like how he was talking down to people and setting up some excuses already.

"You couldn't expect Sark's offense to perform well. They were playing on GRASS! That was a huge disadvantage".

I dont agree - hope you are right - I just strongly believe the turf is going to play a major role...

We wont look as fast as we did against BSU...

ASJ does help on this kind of track.... but every pass to ASJ is one less to the speed guys...

Sankey, KW and ASJ type game....

Pac goes 3-1. I think UCLA will kill Neb in the second half...and at least one coach will get a veiny neck, wetspot, and be an asshole in front of the cams, since the officiating will cost them the game.

More rulez around here than I originally thought. LIPO, people need time to make adjustments.

Anyway - I always like 34-17. 40 points may be a tad high, but not completely out of the question.

Be prepared for halftime - could be one of those games (10-7 or so) that really pisses you off.

    Cal vs THE OSU
    UCLA vs Nebraska
    ASU vs Wisconsin
    UW vs Illinois

The conference is probably losing 2 maybe all of those top three games. I hate to say it, but the UW game for conference strength perception is a must win.

I think ASU is gonna win. At home, with all that speed and solid up front I think it's a poor matchup for Wiscy. No way in hell cal wins. I think u have 1-1 there and then UW at Illinois is a game they should win. UCLA is the swing game. Probably 2-2 or 3-1

I picked ASU but I'm not sure about their run D. Without Sutton, Oregon prison raped them and scored like 42 points before halftime. Even with Sutton their run d hasn't been that great. Also, ASU has major D stat inflation. The way they keep their D stats is unlike the other teams in the conference and its why they have multiple guys with 15-20 tfl's. Heard this from UW AD 10 years ago. I went with ASU bc of home field.

I have a feeling this could be a real breakout game for UCLA if their D is solid.

3-1. We take care of business, and ASU/UCLA impress. Gonna be a good day for the Pac
