He has put in a lot of work and showed dedication to the program. He does need to be rewarded for this by getting playing time. Hard work and dedication are characteristics of OKGs and OKGs need to get playing time.

I get that Washington likes to fumble ...

But 6 for 55 tells me that he had a role in that game provided he could have hung onto the football.

20 vs 6 also tells me that the guy getting 100+ per game got plenty of touches.

The game wasn't lost because of Gaskin not getting enough touches or whether he started or didn't start.
