It's hard, it really is. It's a process. Like all things in life, it is something hard that most people are unable to do. Sometimes when the results aren't there it is easy for the guys to get distracted. Hey, that's human nature. Of course we all like to see wins, I get that. But if they just stick to the process then we will get there. I don't know if it will be tomorrow, next week, next year, but eventually the results will appear on the score board.
