Gilby gets it because he was a true Dawg and had been there in the glory days.
Ty gets it because he would bring discipline to the program.
Sark gets it because he brought energy and embraced former players that were shunned by Ty.
Peterman gets it because he's humble enough to pick up garbage in the locker room.
There is not really a point to this thread.. Just pointing out that perceptions quickly change when you are doing a shitty job like all four of these coaches did to different extents.
