This morning on Mitch he said he refuses to give Russell credit in a 12-7 win, ignoring the fact he had no run game and 0 protection. He threw the gw touchdown and converted 2 first downs on the drive that iced the game, give credit where it's due

Against one of the leagues best front Sevens.

If Jack had done this against Carolina he would be calling him a Hall of Famer.

It wasn't a perfect game by Russell, but he did have over 300 yards and was clutch on both the final drives. Show some humility Hugh. Russell Wilson is a good QB.

I didn't listen, but I'm sure Hugh was slobbing Jack's knob for his upset of the mighty Steelers.

11-20 for 125 and 0 TD's and BLEEDING purple and gold >>>>>> 25-33 for 325 yards and 1 GW TD

If you can't see that, then huge mellon can't help you.

I only saw the second half, but I thought Wilson looked great. Dude was getting pounded every play, but was making great throws all over the field. The 3rd down conversion when Wilson got plunger raped by both DE's as he threw and still hit Baldwin at the perfect spot on the sidelines was probably the best throw I've ever seen from a Seahawk or Husky QB. Pretty much an impossible completion.

Then when he hit Stephen Williams on the bomb down the sidelines but Williams dropped it and he came right back the next play to hit Kearse in the same spot for the 43 yard score? Dude is nails.

He can play on my team anytime.

As a Steeler fan, I can honestly say, that was no upset. Pittsburgh is going to be terrible this year.

Agree, but you know Millen will proclaim them to be the second coming of the '72 Fins to justify his desire to chug Jack's load.

Are you saying Hugh has an agenda? What about the times when Hugh is right? Why do we have to pile on, only when he's wrong?
  • Why do people take anything he says seriously anymore? He has shown he has no credibility and he may not be racist but the two QB's he's most unfair to are black.

Wilson started off shaky but carried the offense. The OL was terrible, he had no time back there, no running game and was out his best WR(Harvin). Had Locker had a terrible game, Hugh would have pointed that out.

Wilson threw for over 300 yards, played smart, and those back to back bombs were beautiful. Williams dropped the first one then goes right back to Kearse for a great throw and catch.

Hugh should really just shut the fuck up and I wish KJR would dump him. He's shown he has no credibility at all and obviously has an agenda against Price/Wilson while praising Locker for simply getting out of the bed in the morning.

I remember Hugh one time saying a good QB can play bad all game, but steps it up when the game is on the line and leads his team to victory. I think it was after the 2010 Cal game when he said this, and he was trying to call Jake a great QB for leading UW to a win with the last drive.

How the fuck is what Russell did any different? He came up clutch on both of the final drives when it mattered, and didnt play all that bad before that. He was decent for three quarters and had a great fourth quarter. It wasn't an incredible performance, but it was damn good. Hugh should be embarrassed the things he says about Russell Wilson.

You like to call the Dolphins "The Fins" because it sounds hipper. It's what you like to do.

I remember Doogs telling me that too when I'd shit on Locker. "He led four GW drives. Doesn't matter what you do but when you do it."

Well Wilson did that yesterday. In fact after the 1st quarter Wilson played great. Like I said Millen's agenda is showing and if KJR were smart(ROFL! I know) they'd dump him.

Don't forget Hugh's second favorite qb didn't even loose this Sunday, which cannot be said for Pryor.

Next year when the Seahawks invite free agent Lockner to training camp to compete with Jackson for the backup spot, Hugh will be on fire.

Hugh still talks about Russel's height as a problem. STILL!!!! He also said defenses would start standing up.....okay Hugh.....I just feel sorry for the guy now....He brought Russel's height to Phill Sims at the end of the interview a couple weeks ago with Mitch.

A coach that doesn't get it done in his first three years isn't going to get it done.
