Two things about Vernon re his time at da U: (1) his production didn't approach his talent, and every fucking body knew it (aka Calais Campbell II); and (2) he had a reputation for being a dirty player. He was no stranger to practice scuffles, and here and there you'd read accusations of him going after a teammate's knee or hitting the QB high ... stupid fucking shit like that. Hey, dumbfuck, they're on your team.

How do you expect him to be good at going low at the knees, if he doesn't learn. Isn't that was practice is for?
Good point. In all seriousness, though, he is one of those guys who, by himself, immediately improves your pass rush. Kid could always get in on anybody and disrupt things in the pocket. Super strong and pretty fast for his size. He's just basically a dumb shit though.

So is Manny Ramirez, Marshawn Lynch, and Antonio Cromartie. Sometimes it doesn't matter.
