1. An athletic director who gives the keys to a marginally successful coach with an out-of-control drinking problem should be fired -- especially at a blue-blood program like USC.

I never cared about off field Sark. If he had won that's all that matters. Of course this is amusing but the fact is he is a bad coach.

I suspect that the great coaches do have more discipline in their lives but they can't all be saints either
