Peterman Post-Game Thought

Peterman mentioned post-game that they worked in pads on Tuesday at practice. That is pretty fucking cray. Usually teams only do one day of pads, maybe 2 during a practice week, and never do pads two days before the game.

I bet Sark was having his players do pillow fights around the same time.

He mentioned that they tend to get a little banged up because they practice as hard as they play because that is the only way to really get prepared for the speed of an actual game.

No mention of taco trucks or tigers.

Between this and an actual strength training program is it any wonder players are actually developing?
