Quite honestly my plan was to come in and get some work done today. I just haven't been able to execute. It's on me. I'm the guy who works here.

I had a good week of work. I don't know why I came in flat today. I hate to say I'm confused but it is troubling to not know what is wrong.

I don't like to come in to work and admittedly be confused... No... Frustrated... I'm frustrated with my effort today.

I'll get through this though as I am very resilient. This is a time where I have to come together and find it in myself to get stronger.

A lot of time left at work this month.

I had a meeting today, I went without any of you.

I don't think it is fair for you to have to sit in my board room and explain why I'm not getting anything done.

Agree there should be hard questions, I'm asking myself the same thing. I prepared all week to be to work on time if there was an accident. You'll have to ask my wife why I didn't leave sooner, not that I'm blaming her for losing track of my schedule ... because ultimately it's on me to get here on time.

I find it is the best place to get that REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE that Race keeps telling me about.
