If I were a UW official I'd really put my whiny, pussy attitude to good use and bitch and threaten the pac 12 up until kickoff.

    RULES

Targeting and Initiating Contact With the Crown of the Helmet (Rule 9-1-3)

No player shall target and initiate contact against an opponent with the crown (top) of his helmet. When in question, it is a foul.

Targeting and Initiating Contact to Head or Neck Area of a Defenseless Player (Rule 9-1-4)

No player shall target and initiate contact to the head or neck area of a defenseless opponent with the helmet, forearm, fist, elbow or shoulder. When in question, it is a foul. (Rule 2-27-14)

Note: Beginning in 2013, ejection from the game is a part of the penalty for violation of both Rule 9-1-3 and Rule 9-1-4.

Here is the point of impact

Any contact with the head is minimal and incidental

don't know about that. The USC o-line left Kessler defenseless a few times last night.

It's enough to raise suspicion. Other angles of that hit would be helpful.

Or, in other words, copy Oregon and Stanford.

Now let’s get to the coaches. I understand the pressure they’re under. It has to be incredible. But they are wildly inconsistent in their complaints. And some voices -- like Stanford and Oregon -- are much louder than others. Coaches are allowed to send in reports submitting plays to be reviewed by the coordinator. Often, they’re meaningless plays that are not fouls. They might technically be fouls, but that’s being generous. They’re calls nobody would want called except for the coach that submitted them.

Mike Pereira: Pac-12 officiating coordinator resigning 'never should have happened.' (October 11, 2014)

Unbelievable that other Pac-12 coaches were such idiots/pussies that they allowed Chip Kelly and Harbaugh/Fat Tiger to gain the upper hand with the league office.

Makes sense, though. NEVER seen the Huskies get screwed worse than the 31-28 loss at Palo Alto in 2013. Officiating that night was a fucking atrocity.
