    He made the clutch throw on 3rd down he had to tonight. Missed a ton of throws, but he made the one you've been telling us he won't.

    Don't get me wrong, he still sucks. But I'm not sure he's the choke artist he's been proclaimed to be.

    In fairness to Cobra, the game was on the line and the pass was to Mickens who is quite honestly the worst senior route runner with terrible hands and who could have just as easily gone down a yard shy of the 1st down marker to avoid getting hit.

    Maybe this experience will pay huge dividends for Jake 2.0 in the future, but I was thinking about it earlier: do we win this game with Miley at QB? I was actually going back and forth in my head but absofuckinglutely. Miley didn't turn the ball over. Although browning got the ball out to marvin hall pretty quickly on the trick play. It would have taken Miley's wind-up 2.86 seconds to deliver the ball to hall and by that time, the defenders would probably tackle him for an 8 yard loss. So, fuck. I dunno.

    Browning has been a shit show so far in the Pac.... But it's all about how he will be down the road. How many true frosh QBs come in and just light it up instantly? I'm sure there are examples but they are extremely rare.

    Just get winning in his blood NOW regardless of how shitty he might be in those wins. That's what is important, building confidence.
