It's the head coach. Lambo's defenses as a head coach got worse every year until he got his ass fired. The Boy Blunder Tormey lived off his rep as a James assistant for 15 years. Every doogs wet dream Pinkel is the dictionary definition of mediocre.

The only assistant that stood on his own was Gilby who would be the best O line coach in the conference today if we hired him. Too bad he Peter Principled to epic failure twice as a head coach
