Apparently the Athletic Department has caught on that the gameday atmosphere sucks (must have asked KJV) ...

Of course, to show how clueless they are about it, most of it centered around how good their food and in-game entertainment was (including the shitty wireless that can block up your phone at time with EVERYBODY on it).

Not hard to realize that starting points of looking at a) on-field product, b) building sense of community, and c) building brand loyalty are the areas to focus on.
