I agree with this, but I will add that you only hear about the worst situations where I'm not sure how to proceed. On a daily basis there are minor problems, skirmishes and complaints that I deal with that I don't trouble you and Nacho about. It used to be a pain but now I've accepted it. But in all seriousness, there's not a lot of disagreement between the three of us when it comes to moderating the board. Everyone is pretty good about following the rules and the times there is a problem, it never takes more than two or three emails between us to figure out a solution. -
