Wife spent the day baking yesterday. With three Lagunitas in me I stumble into the kitchen to investigate. See the oven preheating and all her supplies scattered on the island. Like bear rooting around for honey I grab the whisk out of the mixing bowl and sample what she has been working on.


Tastes like shit.


Obviously she can't cook. Obviously need a new wife.

I heard that she has had problems with motivation, she used to cook for guys that were complete underdogs who were overlooked by more desired women and never thought they had a chance.

Molasses cookies are spot on. Gotta let that dough chill brah.

I dont care much for cheesecake but am told she does that really well.

Pies are her strength. Shes in early season form right now but should be firing on all cylinders by Thanksgiving.

Out of the 18 meals my wife has made for me, 10 are acceptable, but none have impressed me to the point where I think she's going to make some award-winning dishes.

This is why you always get a woman to cook for you in the dating stage. The purpose is two-fold:

1. See if she can actually cook.
2. See if she'll flip you lip when you ask for a fucking sandwich.
