Why Did SmithFS stop going to D Washington?

I don't understand, he starts out the game throwing sideways, fail. D Washington gets head the night before and comes to play, and runs all the way down the field Touch down. Smith stops running him when it's clear Cal can't stop it. Smith doesn't even look at the tight ends until the 4th quarter, when it was proven last week, Daniels is the best receiver on the team and Perkins is the second best.

Line up Perkins and Daniels as your WR's and use Sample as your starting Tight end. If nothing else the run game gets going with the bigger bodies. Use Pettis in the slot.
