At one time I thought that would be gold. But as happens to most people, when they're expected to write something OFFICIAL, they deliberate longer in writing it and the words and tone come out sounding more formal and stilted. I'm not saying what he wrote before was no good, I'm just saying it wasn't this shoot-from-the-hip stuff that we all love to read and repost.
