Coke mentioned him in the other thread. I haven't been paying attention to recruiting very much but I love this guys football instincts. He is no Taylor Mays type of athlete, but you can tell he is a football player.

    Rapp looks pretty good. I'm not quite as sold as Coker though. High school competition is often overrated (an example is Gaskin vs Chris Warren. It was obvious Gaskin was better despite playing worse competition), but Rapp is playing against some bonafied bums. Of the in state commits, I like Wellington and Williams best. Rapp and Gilchrist both look pretty good, but are a cut below. IDGAF about the punter unless he really sucks. Then I hate him.

    I still thin he gets a 4th star after the season on the final rankings. He looks like a great prospect, and basically a guy a coach like Pete transforms into an OKG great player. That's just my opinion, don't twist
