Coughlin and Carroll have won three Super Bowls between them and they both cost their teams wins with dumbfuck decisions tonight.

I don't mind calling a pass there, but Eli needs to go down if he doesn't have a clear open reciever

If you call a run, you don't have to worry about an incompletion, an interception, or a sack strip fumble.

    Hope this helps.

If not, maybe this will help:

The pass doesn't bother me. Kicking the field goal was Tom Coughlin FS. If you're gonna play to win on 3rd down you play to win on 4th. As soon as they kicked I said it's over, Dallas will score the TD.

whether it was intentional or not, that play call is set up for it either to end up with a sack, drop, or a TD

Carroll needs to dump his OC already. Wilson is pleading to run a no huddle offense now, probably just so he can call his own plays. The players know they have a brain dead OC, is Carroll really going to jeopardize winning by wanting to keep his guys?

Coughlin should have been fired at the 50 after that game.

Didn't coughlin beat the hoodie twice in Super Bowls?

Stop living in the fucking past.

    Fire Coughlin update.
New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings confirmed Monday that he was ordered not to score on two run plays inside the Dallas Cowboys' 5-yard line with less than two minutes left in Sunday night's game and the Giants leading by three.

"On the first-down play, I was told, 'Rashad, don't score,'" Jennings said. "On second down, 'Rashad, don't score.' I was tempted to say, 'Forget it,' and go score because I could. But I didn't want to be that guy. But definitely, I was asked not to score."

So the the players were told not to score, but does that excuse Manning from throwing the ball out of the end zone on third down? Calling a pass play is stupid, but Manning being a 12 year vet should have known better. Take the damn sack and tick off another 40 seconds.

You can't stop Eli in the playoffs, you can't even hope to contain him.

Carroll is a proven winner and a great coach, but he absolutely has a personality disorder that makes him incapable of publicly admitting he is wrong or sincerely taking responsibility for mistakes, as most recently evidenced by his asinine claim that the kicker "didn't execute" on the kickoff rather than simply admitting that he took a calculated gamble by calling an onside kick to start OT which didn't pan out.

Compare that to the Giants who are a far shittier team, but had Coughlin and Manning falling all over themselves to claim accountability for their FS debacle under far less defensible circumstances.
