Did Khalif Barnes finally hang 'em up? I'm surprised how long he lasted in the league as a starter. Not sure he was ever good, but certainly good enough to put on a career. He was the only OL repping Washington for about a decade until Senio Kelemete...who is now a backup.

Edit: Khalif has been relegated to backup Raiders OT in his 11th season.

Khalif Barnes wasn't even very good at UW and then was hurt almost his entire senior year. He was a guy who had tools and NFL scouts must have thought he had a chance to put it together once he wasn't being coached by Gilby and his assistants.

Was All Pac-10 in 2004 and a 2nd round pick in the 2005 NFL draft.

I knew he was a 2nd round pick. I didn't remember him being All Pac 12 on the 1-10 2004 team. Maybe I didn't think he was good because those OL's he played on sucked.

Edit: I was right, he was hurt his senior year.

But it's not getting any easier as a Huskies season already on the brink of disaster took another big hit yesterday with the news that senior offensive tackle Khalif Barnes had been diagnosed with a fractured right wrist and could miss the rest of the season.

Sark is the same at USC. Writers are wondering what's wrong with the O line. Sark talks about his skill guys. Sure he recruited some good athletes but UW has been small and soft forever.

    Hence we suck and stuff

To go with three (four?) rookie 1st round starters on defense. Serious talent on this team the past few years... all for nothing with Seven too busy banging Joeys waitresses to recruit an O-Line.

I'm guessing QBs don't count here. Mariota had 4 on his own.

    Good poont. Throwing a TD = / = scoring a touchdown.

ASJ had a garbage time touchdown where he was dancing into the end zone down 42-7 or something. That was such a Sark/ASJ thing to see.

So, the Peyton Marriott Ryan Leafston bowl featured Rastafarian Jenkins in a SarkFS dance. Glad I missed it.
