It's one week. It's the fourth year in a row they have played shitty in St. Louis. The Seahawks aren't the Huskies. They will be fine.

I don't think a loss on Sunday is all that certain. These guys perform best when they are the underdog. Rogers will have a great game but GB has some injuries and their run defense was bad in week 1. Probably will be a high scoring game that goes down to the wire.

Lots of people in this team are in a bit of denial ... this whole process is somewhat symptomatic of a team that has had success that kind of eats itself a bit and then reinvents itself.

Right now, this is an incredibly sloppy team. It's drawing back some thoughts of some of Petey's later teams at SC where they also started getting a bit sloppy at times.

Barring another devastating Palmer injury, the Cardinals have to be the favorite to win the division. This doesn't look like more than a 10-6 or 11-5 team to me.

If there is any good news for the 12s, it's that trying to find Wild Card teams in the NFC right now isn't particularly easy. Lots of dreck and injuries. Bad news will be that the odds are that the Hawks will be spending January on the road.
