Yesterday was the first time in a long time that I was rooting for the Seahawk to loose, because I think a loss has us(!) closer to a Super Bowl than a win would have. I am hoping Bo Duke can swallow his pride like Jimmy and Jerry and turn the 2015 Seahawks into the 1993 Cowboys.

I have made the mistake of reading the seattle times comments. Good golly people hate Kam. And all the people who have been saying Kam has no leverage or Kam's agent is stupid are in for a very rude awakening.

If they pay kam this team is done. There are going to be a long line of holdouts starting with Bennett. Without paying him they are done too. Either way it will be interesting.

    Bennett can LEAVE any time.

Disagree. You do what you have to do win a Super Bowl when you have the chance to win one. While it may set a bad precedence. Chancellor looks to be the straw that stirs the drink for that D. With that said. Schneider needs to give the D one more look without Chamcellor before they back up the Brinks truck

This is the talking point that the Hooks are trying to spin, but you need a confluence of many things for a player to holdout, including he has to be really really good, and the money he is sacrificing by not playing has to be pretty low. There is a reason Walter Jones is the last Seahawk to holdout in the regular season.

Move Kam's 2017 salary to 2016, have both happy Kam and motivated Bennett this year, then cut Kam, and keep Bennett, or vice versa.

If there are 20 Seahawks that want to hold out next year, let them hold out. That list will not include any player making over $10M.

This team will be just fine giving Kam what they could have given him in April. It is too bad they are going to be 0-2 before they admit that.

Getting plungered by A.A. Ron is always special.

They were going 0-2 regardless. This is a 10 or 11 win team at best. 6-2 at home and 4-4 on the road. Cook it. Kam or no kam.

It's one week. It's the fourth year in a row they have played shitty in St. Louis. The Seahawks aren't the Huskies. They will be fine.

I don't think a loss on Sunday is all that certain. These guys perform best when they are the underdog. Rogers will have a great game but GB has some injuries and their run defense was bad in week 1. Probably will be a high scoring game that goes down to the wire.

Sounds like Kam has touched a nerve 'round here.

Lots of people in this team are in a bit of denial ... this whole process is somewhat symptomatic of a team that has had success that kind of eats itself a bit and then reinvents itself.

Right now, this is an incredibly sloppy team. It's drawing back some thoughts of some of Petey's later teams at SC where they also started getting a bit sloppy at times.

Barring another devastating Palmer injury, the Cardinals have to be the favorite to win the division. This doesn't look like more than a 10-6 or 11-5 team to me.

If there is any good news for the 12s, it's that trying to find Wild Card teams in the NFC right now isn't particularly easy. Lots of dreck and injuries. Bad news will be that the odds are that the Hawks will be spending January on the road.
