Special Teams an early indicator that Peterman getting through to the team
One game sample size this year but special teams play was obviously one of the highlights of last weekends game. Save the missed field goal. Not just the blocked kicks and TD return, but I don't recall seeing bad lane discipline on kicks and allowing gobs of yards on shitty returns which have plagued UW for seemingly time immemorial. Not looking at who the majority of ST players I would assume they are younger non-starters; mainly Peterman guys which would seem to indicate that the phase of the game where we see the most Peterman influence on the field is one of our key strengths. Perhaps this is an early indication that the more Sark players that are shed we should see equivalent improvements in production on offense and defense. I still expect this team to be better than last years and next year it should be a great team made good by having to deal with the residual fuckups of the old regime.

I guess we can only hope
But until the offense can even get to mediocre its not going to matter.
****Upgraded my cable last week and between Soccer, FIBA Basketball, cycling, auto racing and more fucking soccer I didn't get my first college game until Bowling Green at Tenn. which seemed like sports porn when it was broadcast in English. I know cool story brah
