Wouldn't shock me at all for Pete to name a non starting QB a captain. He's a Sark convert that embodies the OKG spirit of team first perseverance. He's an example for the 2 deep fringe player to not mail it in. There are guys that don't see the field much that can majorly impact the program.

Or he's starting, either way.
