I see a lawsuit coming:
A) Students who unintentionally (or intentionally) fail to follow these professors' arbitrary rules receive lesser grades than they could've and they / parents are pissed so they sue.
Freedom of speech advocates sue, detailing that banning words which are not considered hate speech is an infringement upon the 1st amendment.

I doubt it. If a student signs of up for a gender studies course, they will be expected demonstrate that they understand the material -- and part of the material taught in a gender studies class is how the English language could be gender neutral.HFNY said:I see a lawsuit coming:

If students don't want to learn French, don't take a French class.
If they don't want to learn the current thought in gender studies, then don't take a gender studies course.
