I think you might be being sarcastic, so woosh if you are... But, the best offensive line in the country last year, imo, had a bunch of guys that people would call "skinny armed".
It's really hard to be over 300 pounds and have defined arms.
I can't believe I cheered and followed a team who typically ran an offensive play that went like this.
-Juan Garcia rolls the ball to Jake Locker, who bobbles it around.
- The DE of the opponent blows by the tackle. Or up the middle. Basically every play, an OL would whiff in pass blocking. Sometimes multiple OL would completely whiff.
-Locker grabs the ball and runs for his life. Something bad then happened 90% of the time.

Syracuse was Juan Garcia's worst game, where he consistently hiked the ball to Jake Locker's hands, not his feet.
