Planned Parenthood has already issued a statement on it. I'm sure you haven't bothered to look at that though because smell test.
Snopes is calling it undetermined but you can go there to read the problems with this. Including the guy responsible for this is buddies with the guy that made the pimp Planned Parenthood video. Nothing smells about that. -
