He makes some good points. In my opinion there are some glaring differences in the way individual rights are infringed upon on in his examples, but also agree with the concept of potential future reactionary pushback if those fighting for first and second amendment rights are overly zealous in their actions, especially given the "education" our youth are receiving these days.
