"In his Summer League debut, Robert Upshaw went out and battled, he stood toe-to-toe with No. 1 pick Karl-Anthony Towns. While Towns had an impressive first Summer League game, the shot-blocking Upshaw got him once and finished the night with three blocks, two points, and six rebounds, playing 12 minutes." I will say it again. Had Upshaw went to Oregon, he would have been a lottery pick.

That doesn't fit the conspiracy theory you just shared.
The one good thing from the thread was the guy who kept calling him "Upshaq". I like it.

I guess #1 pick Towns being abused by un drafted Upshaw speaks volumes to those who open their eyes (this was an And 1 in case you didn't see the game)
Who the fuck cares what he smokes or does. Upshaw was a fuckin baller and Romar held him back. We hardly got to see what he was capable of with Romars high post bullshit. All the Lakers have to do is keep his fucking head in the game, get him help, have 24/7 body guards around him and he's the best big man coming out of college this year. He's working with Kareem on offense and foot work, working daily with Hibbert for defensive positioning, and they have him in intense counseling for his abuse problems. I assume life is much easier with a ton of money in your pocket and a real future instead of living day to day not knowing. For the first time in his life he can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel. Some of you have way too much sand in your cunts.
