A federal government, whose job it is to secure our boarder, is blaming a local police department for releasing a 7x convicted felon who has been deported 5 times. Un-fucking believable. As much as I can't stand the politics of SF, this one is on the federal government.

At the end of the day, a tragic loss of some serious talent. You don't suppose obama will be giving the eulogy.

It's like The Wire where they allow one street to do all the dealings as long as the rest of the country is clean. Considering I live here it is troublesome, but ultimately it's up to the federal government to protect the border, not some city raining dicks and glitter.
