Fucking brutal. Breaks my goddamned heart. Poor girl. Innocent with a whole life supposed to be in front of her and it's taken away. Life is so fucked sometimes.
Huffman was a longtime poster on the UCLA scout site before he became an employee of scout, so a lot of the UCLA site posters have been donating. I hear it's up to $35K in less than a day.

Awful awful news. Ts & Ps.
As of this moment the figure raised is $49,524. Needless to say, cancer is expensive. My brother's wife passed away from ovarian cancer. The total bill was over $2 million. I'm sure a lot of us can give something here...
I want to get really angry about this and destroy something over the unfairness of it. But, that would do nothing positive so I will sit here and weep for awhile.
For some reason when I read that post of his last night it really hit me strong. Haven't been able to shake it yet, just devastating and so unfair and final.

Despite all the shit we talk about scoot and TBS, the news hits too close to home.

Huffman has also always been one of the good guys and a professional at what he does (there are plenty under the Scout umbrella who are not). He and Biggins bust their asses

DIPG is diagnosed in 300 people each year. Median survival after chemo seems to be less than a year.
I hope she's able to enjoy the rest of her life.
life is cruel and unfair... Hopefully she can remain comfortable and happy.

The only thing you can hope for at this point is for her to live as long as possible and to do so as pain free as possible.
SUCKS.
On the positive side, this has always been one of my favorite, classy boreds.
