That was the exact clip I was thinking of. You earn a gold star! Perfect pursuit to the ball carrier. NINJAwhatshouldicareabout said:

Kid is smart and coachable. Wonder what he'll be able to do with Jimmy Lake next year. -
Third best score among LBs. Fourth best among all non-WR/RB/DB positions (beat by a qb?!?)GrundleStiltzkin said:Good number for a LB, no?
Be great for Oregon. -
Not really sure I trust the vert numbers from this thing. They use those electronic jump pads. One kid had a 47-1 today, which would've broken the NFL combine record by 2 inches. He probably has a good vert, but I would think it's more realistically in the high 30s.Tequilla said:The 40 inch vert is what stood out to me as well

Petersen is building what could be an elite defense down the road. Obviously you can't say a recruit is a sure thing but Eifler and Wellington might be the two best linebacker recruits (assuming Eifler commits) we've gotten in quite a long time. Shaq was a safety and Foster and Butler were under the radar guys. Pair that with Bartlett from last class, who I think could be the Will Dissly of that class and you'll have a strong pipeline of talent at LB.
We know the future of the DL is very strong and Butta and Sidney Jones will be strong anchors to the defense when these young guys start to hit their stride. -

Eifler actually vertical'd 42.5 inches at the TBS super-regional qualifying camp in Oakland a few weeks ago. So today was off his best mark.uw2010 said:
