Seems as though god wanted us to have a cornucopia of pleasurable drugs -- why do the republicans hate pleasures provided by god?PurpleJ said:

Fucking THIS.GrundleStiltzkin said:
Clear case of abundance. From a legal and governance standpoint, it's absolutely a states' rights issue. Politically, those answers were punts.PurpleThrobber said:

PS, saying it's a "state issue" is the biggest fucking cop out answer these days.
Need more states rights kinds of things. You don't want to smoke dope legally, move to a state where it's possible. You want to have an abortion, trek over to a state where that's allowed. Want to shoot assault rifles and pack heat, pack your bags for Texas or Wyoming or someplace where that's part of their culture/laws.
Same concept as a business makes on whether to put a factory in this state or that. Weight the pros and cons. If you don't like it, don't go there or, if you do, LEAVE! -
We were LONG overdue for a weed thread. I'm sorry Race is under the Dictatorship of Fuhrer Brown. Maybe you need to come home where it's legal? But, not everybody does it. I don't like it. I never did. Everybody else is welcome to do whatever they want.
