I await the day when we can have this discussion about cocaine.

Sad thing is, cocaine is already a schedule 2 drug while pot is a schedule 1.

"Republican state Rep. David Simpson of Longview argues marijuana comes from God and therefore shouldn't be banned by government.

The tea party stalwart has repeatedly championed what he calls the "Christian case" for legalization."

    That's the Devil's weed!

PS, saying it's a "state issue" is the biggest fucking cop out answer these days.

    Disagree.

Need more states rights kinds of things. You don't want to smoke dope legally, move to a state where it's possible. You want to have an abortion, trek over to a state where that's allowed. Want to shoot assault rifles and pack heat, pack your bags for Texas or Wyoming or someplace where that's part of their culture/laws.

Same concept as a business makes on whether to put a factory in this state or that. Weight the pros and cons. If you don't like it, don't go there or, if you do, LEAVE!

Thanks for that hot take, Mitt. And why doesn't everyone just borrow $10,000 from their parents and start business?

Despite the fact that you've never actually been poor there are still poor people. People that live pay check to pay check. People that can't afford to just pick up their whole life and leave. And their rights aren't worth less than yours.

If this is the logic behind more states rights then it's pretty clearly class warfare. Rich people have the right to live however they want and poor people are fucked.

But how do you worship money?
