"40. Steve Sarkisian, USC: Sarkisian has had a lot of talent in his six seasons as a head coach, but he’s yet to win 10 games in a season or even a division title.
39. Mike Leach, Washington State: Pullman has not been kind to Leach, as he’s gone 12-25 in three years, but we still remember what he did with Texas Tech."
Sark has had one losing season coming off Owen Twelve. Leach hasn't had a winning season yet at WSU coming off of 4-8. In fact, Leach has not improved on the 4-8 as his average season.

Sark is mediocre. Leach is fucking horrific.
That performance got Paul Wulff fired in year 4.
So Wulff's last year was better than all but 1 of Leach's years at Wazzu.
Perpetual rolling contract. AD with long-term deal too. Running big annual deficits and can't afford the buyout.
Leech and Bull Moose have good agents.
