    The Russian planes were in international airspace -- they just had their transponders turned off.
    Not really that big of a deal.

    Putin probably doesn't have any incentive to fuck with China, since China hasn't invaded Russia in the last 1000 years... both of the most recent invasions into Russia came from Europe.
