I have no issue with cigar placement. Lots of Presidents dipped their executive pen into some strange. Those fuckers got shit done (use of the word 'fuckers' intentional). JFK, FDR, Clinton -all good. Maybe BHO needs to unleash his inner Mandingo and leave his mark on history.
