you're actually not far off.... go to Scott Wolf's Inside Socal blog and look at the pics from SC's spring camp and it looks to me like the players have all gotten smaller and less ripped... in fact, I'd say Sark looks like he dropped 25 libbies too. #Ivan
As Kim has noted several times, the old school olympic lifts, bench press, squats, cleans...none of that produces good football strength. Back in the 80's maybe, but the game has passed that by.
