Kirby Moore hired as GA; D'Andre Goodwin to Recruiting Support Staff

It sounds like Goodwin has finished his position as a GA and has been hired on to support the recruiting staff. Filling his GA position on the offense will be Kirby Moore, who graduated in 2014 and spent last season at NAIA College of Idaho.

Perhaps the biggest notion of this hire is that we're bringing in a GA who is familiar with the system and Petersen's culture. It always helps to have people who are familiar with the coaches and the systems in positions like these because they know what to expect and can meet those expectations. And while GAs usually don't get much recognition or praise, Petersen seems to think highly of Moore, saying, "... I think Kirby is one of those rare guys that if there was a spot available, you try to make room for him."

Petersen surrounding himself with a Boise thinktank and yes-men. I've been doing this a long time and trust me, if no one is around to question Petersen, he will never learn that things work differently in the Pac-12.

I'm not saying Kirby Moore is a bad hire but what I *am* saying is that it's definitely not a good hire. Moore will learn quickly that things work differently at the Pac-12 GA level.
