The NFL has this shit down, don't they? All February he was falling so he can rise all March as the actual draft gets closer.

    Yes, they do. Kiper and everyone else are hired goons. February was for Mariota to get shit on and everyone to say Winston is the better prospect. March will be Winston's turn to get shit on for throwing 18 INT's and being a dumbass off the field.
